Simply head out and feel the untouched nature of the Lesachtal. Flowering meadows or snow-covered fields, depending on the season. Steep slopes, dense forests and striking summits as far as the eye can see. Europe's most unspoilt valley earns that title.
Fresh water bubbles from countless springs and feeds the small mountain lake in the Obergail valley, which on hot days invites you in for a refreshing swim.
The Ederhias organic mountain farm is the ideal base in the middle of this unaltered landscape for all kinds of activities, in summer as in winter. Martin, the man of the house, has known the area since childhood, is out and about himself, and is glad to share his tips and route recommendations.
